Dr. Arthur Kasper holds a degree in journalism from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He was trained in the U.S. Army Signal Corps as a combat photographer at Fort Monmouth, N.J.. After a distinguished career of nearly 20 years in news print journalism, he earned his doctor of chiropractic degree from Los Angeles College of Chiropractic, Glendale, CA. Kasper spent more than seven years in Italy during the 1980s cold war era. While there he researched material for his novels including The Afghan File Affair after three of his close friends were nearly killed when terrorists planted a bomb at the base of the building in which they had their home in the center of Florence, Italy. He currently lives in southeast Texas where he writes novels and does photography.
